The shipping cost for body pillows is a bit expensive because of the weight and size of the pillow inserts. Both weight and size play a large roll in shipping costs. We try to offset this by shipping your items in the smallest box possible without sacrificing the health of your item.

Due to the way our “preorders” work we have a somewhat long shipping and handling time. On the last day of preorders we start manufacturing the items and once they arrive at our warehouse we start packing them in your orders. The entire process takes a few months.

Yes! In many cases we don’t relist preorder items unless otherwise specified. Sometimes you can find the item on the second hand market.

We do not allow discount codes on MPM items. This is so our artists get a full cut of their profits and we can continue to produce these items.

After the last day of preorders we can no longer give refunds. Any time during the preorder window we can refund your items.
